Delivery timeframe
Your sauna room delivery is estimated to take 1 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase, subject to stock availability. We will provide a more precise delivery date once your order is processed.

• Metropolitan areas: Fixed $198 delivery fee
• Regional areas: Choose depot pickup or home delivery — customer-specific pricing generated via online address validation.
Delivery requirement
To ensure a smooth delivery and installation of your sauna room, please verify that the delivery address has clear access and sufficient space. If there are any potential obstacles or access restrictions, please let us know in advance, as these may result in additional delivery fees. We kindly ask that you confirm these access details with our logistics team at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date.
Installation charge
Our expert technicians install saunas across metropolitan areas of Australia.
A professional installation service is available for $280. Please note this fee is additional to standard delivery charges.
Installations above ground floor attract a $75 per-level surcharge.
Installation requirement - Indoor Sauna
Important Notice: Indoor sauna models are not suitable for outdoor use, exposure to rain and moisture may cause:
• Short-circuiting of control systems
• Warping/cracking of wooden components
• Heater malfunction
Product warranty will be voided under these conditions.
Install indoor saunas in covered outdoor areas (patios/pergolas/balconies) with full weather protection will be fine.
For indoor traditional saunas, hard surfaces like tile or concrete are ideal. If installing on wooden floors, we recommend our HumidiGuard Tray ($35) to manage moisture. Carpeted flooring is not advised.
Installation requirement - Outdoor Sauna
To ensure safety, stability, and optimal performance, please adhere to the following surface requirements:
Suitable Surfaces: The sauna must be installed on a solid, level, and hardened surface such as concrete, tile, or wood decking.
Unsuitable Surfaces: Direct installation on grass, soil, or any other soft or uneven ground is not recommended, as these may compromise the structure and longevity of the sauna.
Eco-Friendly Packaging Removal: $60 (optional service)

Before collection:
✓ Confirm sizing/vehicle check: Contact sales for sauna dimensions (we'll email specs)

• Corner guards (edge protection)
