Service Radius:

Labor costs for repairs are covered within a 50 km radius from our warehouse. For locations beyond this radius, parts will be shipped for self-repair, or repairs may be arranged at an additional cost.

Exclusions:

This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from Orans or its authorized representatives. It does not cover products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties. Repairs or replacements required due to incidental damages resulting from misuse will incur a call-out fee.
