• Delivery Charges:Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our warehouse to your delivery address. The specific fee will be confirmed upon order placement. Please consult with our sales team for the exact delivery cost prior to finalizing your purchase.
• Access and Delivery Requirements:Ensure that the delivery address is accessible and that there is sufficient space for the sauna room. Any obstacles or delivery restrictions may incur additional charges. Please confirm access details with us at least 48 hours before delivery.
• Installation Services:If you opt for installation services, please ensure that the designated installation area is clear and meets the required dimensions for proper assembly. Any modifications to the installation area after scheduling may result in additional charges.
